Make an appointment with me, with the booking system. Do it if you just want to get information to make up your mind, or if you are already sure and you have decided to hire my services. The first telematic appointment is free.

The appointment system allows you to choose the day, time and service you want. The meetings will be made telematically, in Google meet, Zoom or similar. The first contact on my part, will be made by email.

All my paying clients receive integral advice remotely and/or in person in Spain. Distance counseling includes contact via email, whats app, Telegram, videoconference, among others. The client always is aware of each step and is the one who makes the decisions, once he has all the information.

1. An informative appointment is booked.

2. In an appointment, the needs of the potential client(s) are analyzed.

3. A bilingual contract is sent in English and Spanish. This contract will include all the services that have been agreed upon, as well as the lawyer’s fees. The client must send a copy of his or her identity documents.

For the client’s peace of mind, the fees for a sale and purchase are divided in phases. The client can decide to stop and will only paid for the work done. In other services, this may change.

4. As soon as the first payment has been made, the machinery will be set in motion. My actions will depend on the customer’s needs. The different needs will mean that the order of the actions may also vary. Everything is included in the contract.

5. If the client does not have Spanish identification (DNI, NIE) we will manage together the obtaining of NIE. It can be obtained in Spain or at the consulate of your country. This is paid separately.

To obtain it in Spain through third parties, a power of attorney must be granted in favor of the person or company that manages it.

In this phase, I accompany the client while a person in charge makes the administrative arrangements. I can be in charge of putting the client in contact with trustworthy managers. If this is done, the client can decide to pay for the services of the managers through me.

If the client has contracted my services to select a property, I start to manage it at the same time as obtaining the Spanish identification (NIE).

If what has been contracted is the accompaniment and legal management in the purchase and sale, it will start with the Due Diligence phase (audit).

If another service has been contracted, it may not be necessary to obtain the Spanish identification (NIE). In any case, the service will be detailed in the contract and the actions will be included chronologically.
