Apartment in Barceloneta
A young couple contacts me from the beginning, to advise them on the purchase of an apartment they like in the Barceloneta neighborhood in Barcelona. Everything goes moderately well, except that getting financing is going to be complicated and the seller does not get the certificate of habitability or cedula de habitabilidad for the day of the purchase (obligatory in Catalonia).
